Designer Labels isn’t a project.

It’s a call to action.

Did you know that people with learning disabilities die on average 20 years earlier* than the general population?

20 years!!!.

Not because of their disabilities, but because of systemic neglect, discrimination, and avoidable failures in care.

This stark reality drives Designer Labels, a collaboration between Exclusively Inclusive and Our Creative Connection.

People have shared their experiences of life beyond the stereotypes, transforming them into designs that challenge outdated perceptions.

Designer Labels is a platform for voices that are too often ignored.

Using Clothing as a Canvas for Change.

For too long, people with learning disabilities have been defined by limiting labels.

Designer Labels challenges these stereotypes, demanding that society see individuals as human beings that are deserving of dignity and equality.

We've designed T-shirts, badges and Tote bags as a way of sharing the message, raising awareness and challenging the inequality that persists for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Neurodivergence.

Change begins when we stop looking away.
